We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive business growth and develop key accounts for our expanding events business. Located in Redhill, this role offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as opportunities for international travel.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business, maintaining relationships with exhibitors, and achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. A strong commercial mindset and excellent customer relationship skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and exhibitors
  • Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate data and sales forecasting
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales, ideally in trade shows
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship skills and commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
