Service Co-ordinator

- Provide scheduling and administrative support to internal and external customers; including general customer service, invoicing, cost estimations, reporting and processing / managing of service contracts in CRM ensuring the delivery of a world class service experience
- Liaising with external and internal customers in relation to service request progress and updating CRM accordingly
- Scheduling of work for Field Service Engineers adhering to customer's contractual time scales
- Investigate and resolve Service invoice queries and raise supporting credit paperwork as required
- Submit all Service related work orders to SAP accurately
**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:
- GCSEs at Grade 4 (Grade C) including English and Maths
- Experience of administration in a busy and demanding environment
- Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels
