Aftercare Co-ordinator

Cherwell Windows are a well established, high end installers of Achitectural glazing. We work with Aluminium, timber and upvc materials to provide cutting edge products to the market.

We are looking to fill a position for a full time Aftercare Co-ordinator at our Banbury Head Office.

In addition to this, you will need to be well organised and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Service to our customers is paramount and our aftercare department is key to maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.

The key functions of this role are:

- Managing service requests received via telephone/in person or from our dedicated web page.
- Assessing requirements and liaising with suppliers to obtain parts
- Liasing with our warehouse to check stock
- Processing paperwork from our service engineer
- Engineers diary management
- Obtain costs and provide quotes when required
