Empowering learning are currently recruiting for a **learning support assistant** to work in a secondary school in **Preston**. This is a full time post, Monday to Friday position and is currently needed up to Christmas with a view to be extended.

**The position involves the following duties**:

- Can provide support to students in and outside of the classroom
- Experienced in assessing and supporting students with a wide range of difficulties including dyslexia, dyspraxia, Asperger's Syndrome and students with mental health issues
- Adapted learning materials
- In-class education support for those with specific needs
- Etc.

**Enhanced DBS on the update service is required**
