Repairs Planning Team Leader - Manchester - Property and Housing

Repairs Planning Team Leader - Manchester - Property and Housing
- Manage the repairs customer service, including the employees delivering that customer service (including appointing, planning and ordering responsive repairs with sub-contractors).
- Maintain and update repairs ordering and tracking systems to ensure accurate, up to date, recording of job data, including communicating with and inputting information received from contractors.
- Produce performance reporting relevant to the service area and assist in performing quantitative data analysis and interpreting the results for the wider team and management
- Work to continually improve the service to ensure all statutory obligations and requirements are met.
- Monitor satisfaction with service and contractors and take action to resolve complaints and other issues arising from the provision of the service.
- Arrange appointments and answer queries regarding progress of scheduled repairs and maintenance jobs and other general housing management calls received via the Repair line.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Information gathering, reporting and monitoring systems.
- Experience working in a front line customer interface environment.
- An understanding of statutory compliance and responsive repairs.
- Experience of collating and reporting performance information.
- Customer service experience.
