**Role Purpose**:
FutureSense Travel Services (FSTS) is looking to appoint a Programme **Support Coordinator** who will play a key part in managing partner relationships and coordinating the delivery of the student experience for FE Colleges and sixth form schools.

FSTS is a specialist social company, that provides educational travel experiences for students at school, college and university providing them opportunities for cultural immersion and community engagement. In this role you will be working with partner colleges and sixth form schools to help plan and prepare their students for the journey of a lifetime. You would need to be passionate about travel and the opportunity it offers students to grow and learn from the experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with supporting our key partners in planning programmes for their learners

Be the point of contact for essential pre-departure information and advice,

Assist with collating essential information about participants.

Organise and host Welcome meeting and pre-departure sessions for the students. and

Liaise with our overseas teams & plan programmes and put together presentations

Liaise with the fundraising teams to support students with events and fundraising resources

Manage the invoicing to partner schools/colleges for additional programme elements.

Assist with the reporting requirements of the programme

University Graduate, ideally with personal experience of travelling and volunteering overseas

Gifted at understanding customer requirements (strong customer service). Self-motivated with excellent communication, administration/IT, and organisational skills. Possesses empathy and the ability to establish lasting relationships.

Experience of working in student and/or youth travel

Be ecologically aware and interested in sustainability
