Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sports Activity Coordinator to lead and deliver sports activities at our Fun Week programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a fun, inclusive, and educational experience for our young participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team, and Directors on a regular basis
  • Develop and deliver a variety of sports games and activities to cater for children of mixed ability
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure sessions are delivered to a high standard
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is Fun, Inclusive & Educational
Requirements
  • Passion for working with primary-aged children and facilitating fun games
  • Experience working at children's holiday camps and/or a childcare setting
  • Punctual, Reliable & Committed
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Clean UK driver's license
  • Experience in delivering other activities during our Fun Week provision
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently
  • Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
  • Be approachable in liaising with parents/carers

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
