As our **Operational Training Coordinator**, you will **support and coordinate** the operational **training for our Partners and Contingent Workforce**. You will play a key role in shaping out strategy and future vision for our Manual Network

Please be aware that:

- ** Location (On site)**: Magna Park 3 (National Distribution Centre) Although we support flexible working within the Partnership, **this role requires you to be on site to support our operations.**
- ** Fixed term (internally known as a Secondment)**: This position is a fixed term position for 1 year
- ** Working Pattern**: 37.5 - **Monday - Friday** following a **2 week **rotation of **0600-1400** then **1400-2200**
- This role includes an added Shift premium of **20%** on top of the salary
- ** Salary range** as advertised: £23,600 - £31,900

**Essential skills you’ll need**
