What are you looking for?
Do you enjoy providing an excellent client experience by providing administrative support? Due to a huge period of growth within BSI, we're looking for a Customer Service - Training Coordinator to join our Training Operations team.
The Customer Service - Training Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Administration of our training systems
- Assisting delegates with queries on numerous digital platforms
- Issuing eLearning content and certificates for those who have completed training
- Undertake an active role in projects with the opportunity to lead in some

To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:

- Experience working in a training environment preferred
- Experience using a CRM
- Understanding of eLearning and digital training
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive, flexible, and a positive willing to learn attitude
