**About the role**

Our customers are end-users, retailers, and artists. We pride ourselves in delivering a great experience at all times, and our Customer Service Department provides support for the whole company across all brands. You will be joining a team of Customer Service Coordinators, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

**Location**

The role is office based at our headquarters in Milton Keynes MK5, with the option of some homeworking after training. At least three days will be in our Milton Keynes office as we value the knowledge sharing, creativity, and team building that this provides.

**Hours**

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Occasionally, there is a need for some flexibility in working hours to accommodate business requirements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensuring that customers are kept informed of any relevant information.
- Processing customer orders using in-house systems, courier systems, and warehouse management systems.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues throughout the company.
- Fulfilling any ad-hoc tasks and objectives when necessary.

**Person specification**

**Necessary**
- Customer contact role held previously.
- Good communicator.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

**Desireable**
- Experience with the Shopify platform.
- Experience with Gorgias, ZenDesk or similar ticket-based resolution software experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
