The company provides a range of outsourcing solutions such as inbound and outbound sales, cross selling, order processing, technical support, customer support, tele-marketing, telecoms engineering and system development. We are based just off the M65 between Blackburn and Burnley.
**The role of Marketing Coordinator**
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the success of various projects across the business. You will provide administrative and operational support across the team to ensure the initiatives are successful.
You will help to organise events, get marketing collateral and campaigns delivered, source whatever materials are required and manage the marketing plans and activity planners for each product, brand and town.
You will also be heavily involved in collaborating with other key areas of the business ; Acquisitions, Project Management, Contract management and Distribution.
**Duties of the Marketing Coordinator**
Coordinating communication with the internal and field
- based teams
Actively increase levels of information available to the team
Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
Support the effective practices and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality.
Follow through to process design
- create work instructions
Preparing process documentation
Producing regular reporting to help analyse performance
Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
To manage your team’s workload and resources, ensuring lead times are not exceeded
To get involved in team members’ tasks, not just concentrate on your own: you must be a visible presence in the team
**Person Specification for the Marketing Coordinator**
Able to understand marketing metrics, data and activity.
Capable of effectively managing high workloads whilst maintaining positivity with internal and external customers.
Experienced in communicating with people at all levels in a credible and professional manager
Able to work with partners from across the business to develop and deliver concepts.
Innovative and forward-thinking with a desire to improve efficiencies within a business and fuel positive change and growth.
Creative and innovative
Confident self-starter
Ability to plan and implement projects
Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
High level of commerciality
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
