Operating in a buoyant technology space they have recently completed a successful round of external fundraising and now have in excess of £120m of capital to deploy on a major infrastructure project.

**HR Recruitment Coordinator
- responsible for screening, interviewing, onboarding, training and escalated issues.**

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to be primarily responsible for the recruitment, engagement and management of field staff.

**Duties of the HR Recruitment Coordinator**
- Work in the field reviewing active recruitment projects.
- Interviewing and contract negotiation
- Onboarding new team members to ensure work is completed to the highest quality
- Provide ongoing, on-the-job training
- Managing staff and growing the team as our network grows across the UK
- Supporting performance or conduct investigations
- Monitoring progress constantly and delivering on timescales
- Taking accountability at all stages of the recruitment process
- Providing useful and well written interview notes to aid Managers in making Hiring decisions
- Attending job fairs and Job centre open days.
- Following up the interview process with the Hiring Managers.
- Providing detailed and acute management information regarding all stages of the recruitment process
- Screening job applicants on the telephone, Zoom or on a face to face basis.
- Writing creative and accurate job advertising copy.
- Constantly report, track, and manage activity and results.
- Produce management information for the Senior Management team.

**The successful HR Recruitment Coordinator will be;**

Experienced in recruiting for high-volume, operational staff

Flexible in terms of working hours - Although this is a Monday to Friday role, you must be willing to provide out of hours support if any urgent issues arise.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment that can be highly frustrating, whilst maintaining a cool head.

Highly organised.

Proactive - This is a fast paced, fluid and live process, but all regulations and compliance still have to be monitored.

Target driven - Seek to continually over-achieve targets.

Compliant - Be compliant in all aspects of the role and company policies.

Data aware - Produce management information for the Senior Management team.

Accustomed to working in target driven environments.

Excellent written English skills to creatively construct Advertising content and communicate at Board level.

Comfortable explaining the benefits of concepts and advising people across the business accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
