Job Title: HR Business Partner - Operational Support
This is an office-based role with flexibility around start and finish times and ad-hoc days working from home, depending on duties.
The successful candidate will join the wider HR team and carry out an operational day-to-day role, including ER, Recruitment, and assisting with various projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting management with full ER case management
- Supporting with various recruitment needs
- Supporting line managers in full case management and providing additional training to SLT for policies and procedures
- Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work
- Supporting on various end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and HR system support
- Getting involved with various project work and supporting the HRBP's
- Producing, interpreting, and analysing management information
- Ad-hoc duties to support the wider team
