**Join our Team**in establishing this exciting new development, a Student Learning Hub at Strawberry Field. Your role will be interesting, creative and varied, developing and overseeing creative learning opportunities and pathways for a diverse range of learners, including University Students on placement with us, as well as Gap Year students and those seeking to develop their spiritual Christian journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading, developing and implementing a new programme for university placements, working in close partnership with local universities.
- Developing and implementing new learning programmes.
- Establishing effective networks with education and training agencies
- Promoting and developing the vision of Strawberry Field, as well as the Christian Mission of The Salvation Army.
- Working with the Programme Manager within Steps at Strawberry Field ensuring both learning needs are met and effective support of Strawberry Field trainees is in place.
- Working with the Fresh Expression Team to create spiritual learning pathways for learners wishing to develop and explore their Christian faith.
- Working with students to create innovative and motivating learning pathways.
- Previous experience of working within a similar role within an education or training environment.
- Previous experience of supporting students/trainees in developing their learning
- Experience of developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving learning opportunities and programmes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
