**About Our Client**:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for growth within their HR career and are wanting to be a part of a reputable not for profit organisation whom are going through a big transition of change and expansion. This role will require some travel to other sites all within 30 minutes of Liverpool.
The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
- Provide recruitment solutions to the wider team, covering the full life cycle of the recruitment journey.
- Support with the development of the recruitment system.
- Be the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is obtained.
- To be the first point of contact for line managers and employees with any queries.
- Provide administrative support to the wider teams as required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of employee life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to manage a varied, high workload
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office programmes
- A keen eye for detail
- A genuine desire to learn
