As part of our commitment to ongoing learning and development, Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator to be based in our central office in Wavertree, Liverpool.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a learning and development or training time, administering the Learning Management System, allocating learning and overseeing compliance rates.

We have a mixture of online, in-person and eLearning within our learning portfolio which all needs overseeing, arranging and reporting on with a collaborative approach.

You will have worked in a similar role previously, ideally within Health and Social Care. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is enthusiastic and motivated, a proficient user of IT including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and excellentcommunication skills.

Ideally you will have Mental Health sector knowledge and understand learning within CQC frameworks.
