**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are looking to recruit a marketing campaigns lead to join our fantastic marketing, comms and events team on a fixed term basis until May 2025.

As the marketing campaigns lead, you'll play a key role in interpreting information and analytics to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

**WHAT YOULL BE DOING**
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with strategic objectives
- Support continuous improvement through:

- identification of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis
- identify opportunities for new working and best practice
- develop marketing analytics and reporting
- Utilise performance analytics, measuring and reporting to support effective working, learning, and best practice.
- Enhance our brand and image through messaging and impactful campaigns
- Champion social media utilisation, usage, and best practice; including supporting colleagues and managing our social networks, with a focus on LinkedIn and X
- Occasionally youll be required to support the wider department and business operations and objectives, such as working at events and exhibitions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business; or equivalent

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a senior marketing professional
- Strong individual leadership and communications skills; the ability to manage relationships across various levels of experience and seniority
- Able to evidence further continuing professional development and sector-based learning
- Results orientated, with a proactive and collaborative approach to translating business-wide strategies into effective marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern marketing and communication channels; the ability to implement the latest trends and best practice
- Data-led experience with proficiency in marketing analytics
- Attention to detail and experience delivering operational excellence
- Ability to create, maintain and promote good working relationships internally and externally

**Other requirements**
- Must live in the North East
- Must be able to work flexible hours, and locations across the region
- Full time use of a vehicle and a full UK driving license
- A sense of drive, enthusiasm, hard working and reliable
