Position Overview:
Are you a seasoned B2B Marketing Strategist seeking a fresh and stimulating opportunity?

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is currently on the lookout for a Permanent B2B Lead Marketing Strategist to join a well-established client.

This role is based in the Head Office and involves becoming a vital part of a vibrant marketing team dedicated to overseeing all B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with formulating and implementing robust sales and marketing strategies aimed at fostering business expansion and enhancing revenue within the B2B landscape.

The Lead Marketing Strategist will work closely with various teams, including sales, product development, and content creation, to design engaging marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and cultivate strong relationships with essential stakeholders.

This position is both strategic and hands-on, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales and marketing methodologies, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement extensive B2B marketing strategies to attract leads, enhance customer acquisition, and boost brand visibility.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support the growth of the sales pipeline.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential differentiators.
4. Create engaging marketing content across various formats, including digital and print, to inform and convert B2B prospects into clients.
5. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and industry events.
6. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
7. Work with the creative team to produce impactful visual materials, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing platforms.
8. Achieve sales and marketing objectives while effectively managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI.
9. Stay updated on regulatory compliance and ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B Marketing role is essential.
- A degree or relevant qualification in B2B Marketing is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Experience with lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling marketing content and delivering impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales and marketing targets while managing budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
