Digital Marketing Specialist

Join our team at Shout Loud Social We're seeking a dynamic individual who embodies our ethos of driving digital excellence.
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role.
Usual Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 6pm.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with graphic design tasks.
- Experience with WordPress/Elementor and willingness to learn Plesk and AWS.
- Knowledge and experience of SEO and of using SEO tools such as Semrush.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Craft and execute digital marketing strategies to amplify online traffic to our company's website.
- Oversee and refine digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Perform keyword research and optimise website content for superior search engine performance.
- Monitor website analytics, campaign efficacy and consumer engagement to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate the customer journey.
- Remain abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in digital marketing.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record in digital marketing encompassing SEO, social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong analytical prowess to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of generating compelling content.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience of website builders such as Elementor is also desirable.
- Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
