**Duties**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Provide exceptional customer service to address any inquiries or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: From £25,356.96 per year
