**Reporting to: Finance Manager**

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling bank accounts, raising bulk invoices, processing receipts, and monitoring the aged debt, all for the corporate accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support a network of corporate branches
- Weekly cash allocation of receipts
- Bank reconciliations
- Minimising corporate aged debt
- Raise the UK Fuel card invoices for the corporate vans weekly
- Ensure accurate buy/sell prices are maintained in the CRM
- Report progress of corporate branches
- Assist the Finance Manager with any adhoc duties

- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail while processing at high volumes is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Time-management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and keen to learn Education & Experience:

- Previous experience in a finance environment
- Experience in using MS Dynamics preferred but not essential
- Experience and confidence in using the full Microsoft Suite
- Confidence using Excel, including pivot tables would be an advantage

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
