We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive to identify potential customers, make outbound calls, manage inbound calls and referrals from potential customers and to transition those customers through to accepting a quotation from us.

If you have a proven track record of targeting and developing sustainable client relationships then we want to hear from you. Previous experience in the packaging industry would be an advantage but we are more interested in you and your previous successes.

£25,000 to £35,000 basic + commission + pension + 22 days holiday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Identifying potential customers. Prospecting and converting leads via Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Acquiring new customers and accounts by high volume of cold calling and prospecting.  Acquiring new customers and accounts via inbound calls and referrals.  Identifying client needs and developing persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities. Follow all processes in relation to this role including maintaining the CRM accurately. Work collaboratively with internal partners and sales team members to drive revenue. Support customer accounts as required by the business to optimise revenue and maintain customer service. Maintain client communication; ensure customer requirements and our service offering are clearly communicated throughout the organisation. Assist the Regional Sales Executives in setting appointments, preparing for sales calls including customer research, collation and sending of samples. Maybe be required to attend trade shows/special events. Maybe required to attend customer meetings on request alongside colleagues.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Must have product line knowledge. Sales and manufacturing experience required. Good communications skills. Must be able to work with many different departments within the organisation. Excellent customer relations and sales ability. Sales Experience with: Exceptional negotiation skillsClear communication, and Excellent time management skills, in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Flexible Packaging Industry experience preferred. Telesales experience preferred but not essential. Experience using Sales Force & Linked In preferred. Sales/customer knowledge Decision making skills Negotiation skills Travel less than 25%+
