**Job Description**:
The role of Bid and Content Executive will strengthen our close-knit but highly productive team, providing strong research capabilities, as well as excellent writing skills in order to generate written materials which demonstrate our Recruitment and HR expertise to our target B2B audience of senior decision makers.

As a skilled writer, you will be responsible for creating expertly crafted content across a range of formats including responses to formal and informal bid opportunities, marketing materials in line with our marketing schedule and target persona, generation of our monthly Insights packs and contributions to nurturing campaigns for our contacts database.
- Writing responses to competitive bids and proposals, utilising our existing bid library where appropriate, coordinating inputs from colleagues, tailoring submissions to ensure they are accurate, on brand and ultimately compelling
- Supporting the generation of marketing content including SEO blogs, thought leadership, white papers, downloadable guides, website landing pages, case studies, webinar content, Press Releases and other promotional materials as required in line with our wider marketing strategy and key word / topical focus
- Researching industry data and producing monthly market insights packs to share with clients, colleagues and inform future marketing content
- Supporting content development for targeted campaigns via multiple channels
- Supporting with the generation of other content as required such as client employer brand audits, materials for client career sites to promote them as employers of choice
- Proof reading of other sales and marketing materials

**Qualifications**:

- Strong grasp of the English language
- Writing and editing
- Research skills
- Proof reading
- Proficient with all MS programmes, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Experience of maintaining WordPress CMS and automated marketing CRM is desirable, but not essential
