As HR Generalist you will report to the HR Business Partner. The role is full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, working on site in the office in Brackley. With standard office hours. Supporting with varied HR activities. You will be given the autonomy tomake the role your own.

**Purpose of the Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering HR activities including managing recruitment, onboarding, managing employee relations, all HR administration (HR records, collating HR data). The role is broad and varied.

**Key Accountabilities as HR Generalist**:

- HR support across the business
- Employee relations including grievance, disciplinaries, probationary reviews, family friendly matters, performance improvement plans
- Full recruitment administration, assisting with management of
- Support with projects such as L&D initiatives, rollouts and workshops
- Preparing and updating job descriptions
- Managing onboarding and induction process
- Handling and streamlining HR files/systems
- Preparing HR data and starts (head count, attrition rates, organisation charts
- General HR administration including updating staff handbook, policies, L&D requirements
- Assisting with managing performance management cycle
- Adhoc duties including attending seminars and making appropriate HR recommendations

**As HR Generalist, you will be/have**:

- An experienced HR professional at advisory level
- Experience of working with Employee Relations
- Employee relation experience within an HR role
- CIPD qualified or working towards or QBE
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work on own initiative
- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality
- Confident communicator
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
