Hybrid Administrator/Coordinator position in Princes Risborough.
**Your new company**
A well established organisation in princes Risborough are seeking and experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join them. This is a Hybrid position with 1 day a week in the office and 4 days from home.
**Your new role**
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Producing documentation and materials, advising on any amendments, renewals and revisions
- Arrange, coordinate and minute meetings as required
- Coordinate standardisation exercises including sending out exercises, collating responses and sending to relevant parties
- Coordinate outputs and updates onto the customer management system
- Coordinate quality reporting and inform standardisation activities, reporting outputs and provide status updates to the relevant Manager with regards to performance measures
- Coordinate payments and purchase orders
- Contribute to budget planning with the Senior Manager and provide evidence of previous spend where applicable
**What you'll need to succeed**
**Qualifications**:
- Educated to A level or equivalent, or have relevant work experience
Experience
- Experience of analysing and presenting data
- Experience of working with dispersed teams
- Experience of arranging meetings
- Experience of recording notes and actions from meetings
- Experience of working within a regulated qualification environment (Desirable)
**Skills**:
- Well-developed administrative skills
- Excellent PC and IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and item bank software
- Good organisational ability
- Able to work to deadlines and to work independently
