**Role Summary**

EQ's focus is to make sure our customers and colleagues have access to the right information. The successful applicant will join an established team responsible for client content maintenance for over 2500 staff members across the UK and India.

In this role you will discuss requirements with client relationship teams and various stakeholders. Continuous improvement cycles to better understand content needs and engagement meetings are required. Other tasks will include obtaining data and content from Outlook, Excel, PDF, SharePoint and stakeholder meetings on Microsoft Teams. Our aim is a single source of designed content for customer self service channels

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Knowledgebase management for over 2000 clients
- Manage continuous 'Feedback' cycle with Equiniti employees for better seeded content
- Discussions and design workshops with stakeholders
- Content critique sessions
- Data analysis for customer journey improvements and knowledge gaps
- Alignment to a Single Source of truth for internal / external users

**Skills, Capabilities and Attributes**
- Microsoft Office (Excel) or PowerBi knowledge (preferred)
- 2+ Years working in a customer content facing role (preferred)
- Content design experience
- A keen eye for detail
