**Department Purpose**:
To develop and execute overall brand strategy aligned with company objectives to deliver a category-leading brand.

**Role Purpose**:
Ensure brand is communicated truthfully and using consistent tone of voice across all internal and external communications. As our Copywriter, you will embody our absoluters in tone of voice, landing copy that resonates with them. **This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days a week.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Create and deliver on-brand, well written, copy through different channels and brands**
- Receive and fully understand the brief including objectives and word count
- Draft copy for review
- Work with stakeholders to finalise copy
- Obtain final sign off from Head of Brand
- Channels include CRM, web copy, advertising copy, packaging copy, digital advertising,

press releases, print media.

**Ensure content produced internally & externally meets brand guidelines and quality standards**
- Review copy for grammar, spelling and tone of voice
- Edit copy as necessary and return to stakeholders

**Ensure content conforms with legal claims**
- Fully understand the technical specifications of the products
- Fully understand the meaning and potential use of terminology in product claims
- Review all claims made in internal and external communications and ensure they comply with legal obligations

**Produce copy to support SEO**
- Ensure blog content is optimised for SEO
- Develop expertise in key word usage
- Review performance of SEO content
