Role purpose

If you’re interested in joining the team as a Content and MarTech Assistant, you’ll get involved in a wide range of activities across multiple sectors. You’ll gain experience across various marketing disciplines, from content development to branding, all within the context of a leading global business with stakeholders all around the world. You’ll also play a significant role in supporting the rollout and continual improvement of some of our key MarTech solutions including digital asset management, project management and AI tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to put their knowledge into practice.

The Brand and Content team are responsible for the LRQA brand strategy as well as the development of content and go-to-market programmes. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional to join the team to support a wide range of activities. It is essential that you have a strong attention to detail and effective writing skills as this role will require end-to-end content development. You’ll also need to show an aptitude for new technology and an ability to pick up new tools quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Content development – Support the development of global content assets in line with the requirements of GTM programmes and wider objectives. Marketing technology – Help to roll out, maintain and continually improve our MarTech solutions relating to digital asset management (Bynder) and project management (Trello). You’ll also play a significant role supporting our marketing AI strategy, which will involve utilising the latest AI tools for content development and efficiency purposes. Brand compliance – As an LRQA brand champion, help to ensure that content assets are developed in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice, supporting a “One LRQA” approach, and provide branding advice and support to other stakeholders in the business. Collaboration – Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including designers, copywriters and agencies, to ensure timely and effective delivery of content assets. Supplier management – Ensure that purchase orders for external suppliers are raised on time in line with agreed processes and add new suppliers to the system when necessary.
