We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team in the crucial role of Workflow/Admin. As our organisation continues to grow and expand, it is essential to have a dedicated individual who can effectively manage a region of engineers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients while exceeding their expectations. As a vital member of our organisation, you will spearhead the planning and support of our talented mobile engineers and external service providers. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will enable you to manage issues and problem areas with finesse, ensuring that our customers always receive top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all types of jobs are allocated to engineers and subcontractors according to contractual SLA’s
- Adhere to team rosters
- Liaise with other teams where required to ensure job completion to customer satisfaction
- Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed
- Work within given guidelines and company processes and procedures
- Manage additional ad hoc tasks given by management
- Familiarisation with relevant customers’ environments and contractual requirements

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role
- Call handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals
- Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities
- Capability to understand and analyse statistical data
