This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

Equans provides Facilities Management Services to the His Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) across mainland Britain. Working across our southern region (London, South-East, South-West) the role of Regional Admin Support will play a key part in facilitating the delivery of services, supporting the management function, and bringing about lasting improvements to service delivery.
Reporting into the Account Director, Key focus areas will include delivery of KPI improvements, management of workflow tasks, reduction in work order volumes, reduction in work in progress (WIP) and support in closing out historic backlog issues.
You will work closely with the team but be expected to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative.
**What will you deliver?**
- Key subcontractors’ reviews
- Proactive review of heating issues
- Plotting processes - OT tracking process / proactive stat M1
- Inductions PowerPoint and engineer guide / resources
- Escalations and escalations tracker
- Engineer productivity report - engineer time report / Masternaut
- Supporting Helpdesk on KPIs - compliance and RW
- Supporting with audits
- Supporting with clearing WIP and debt
- Backlog management
- Cover vacancy/leave as and when required
- Supporting jeopardy management
- Diary assistance
- Meeting assistance and note taking
- Client reporting
- Internal reporting.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within Administration
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator.
This role includes a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
