**Are you a forward-thinking and technically adept individual with a passion for retail operations? We are seeking a dedicated Retail Admin & Epos Systems Support professional to join our dynamic team at Portmeirion. As a key player in our retail management department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and profitability of our retail stores.**

**Your Role**:

- As a Retail Admin & Epos Systems Support team member, you will provide essential support to our retail stores and Head of Retail, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of retail functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around admin, IT support, and epos system development, contributing directly to the growth of profitable sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the software provider to manage the back-office epos system, ensuring optimal functionality and resolving any issues.-
- Develop the epos system to predict retail stock levels, working closely with store managers to maintain adequate core range stock levels.-
- Oversee the epos retail pricing structure, ensuring accuracy and updates as needed.-
- Partner with the IT team to create systems for auto-replenishment of stock and sales data integration.-
- Coordinate and manage stock-taking activities, adhering to company standards and regulations.-
- Ensure retail activities comply with GDPR & PCI guidelines.-
- Contribute actively to the retail management team, participating in meetings and the overall retail department operations.-
- Assist in retail store openings and refits.-
- Participate in retail projects as required.-
- Provide on-site IT support for resolving retail-related issues.**Key Skills**:
- Positive and proactive approach to challenges.-
- SQL proficiency is advantageous.-
- Minimum of 5 years of Epos system experience.-
