**6 month FTC, Full-time, 5 days per week (35 hours)**

As a Data Executive, you will work within a collaborative team, supporting the company with the Salesforce CRM. You will work across all events and publications, liaising with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams. You will be part of a busy, dynamic, and hard-working department.

**The Role**
- Generate reports and extract data for a range of business and analytical purposes.
- Be a point of contact for Salesforce database trouble shooting. Provide user training, support, and feedback as and when required.
- Assist with the transition of users from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning.
- Monitor the database and undertake or initiate regular data cleansing in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Oversee database design and development in agreement with Salesforce and Head of Salesforce & IT Security.
- Ensure integrity in the initial capture and storage of personal information.
- Assist with all database documentation, including standards, procedures, and definitions for users.
- Provide for data security and recovery.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities with the level and responsibilities of the post.

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience using a CRM system (particularly Salesforce) is a bonus but not essential.
- Advanced Excel skills and working with data.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business IT systems.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Can work to deadlines.
- Calm under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative.
