Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Provide clerical support such as drafting correspondence and preparing reports
- Assist with administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the executive office
- Utilise Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Perform general office duties to support the CEO's daily operations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
