**Qualifications & Training**: Educated to a diploma level or have significant equivalent experience in a relevant field (communications, administration, health & social care) Knowledge & Experience: Experience of working in an NHS or Public Sector or Voluntary organisation Experience of working in collaboration with a range of partners Experience of line management or supervision Experience of supporting volunteers, service users or people with lived experience to work in collaboration with service providers Experience of recruiting and training volunteers Experience of setting up and maintaining databases holding volunteer details Experience of managing financial processes including reimbursement and expense claims Experience of motivating and/or negotiating with others on best practice and ways of working Understand policies and drivers to improve maternity and neonatal care including Ockenden, CQC and NHSE 3yr delivery plan Understand the principles of coproduction with examples of how this is achieved Experience of local maternity or neonatal services professionally and /or personally Knowledge of coproduction approaches to supporting people with lived experience to coproduce activity as an equal partner Skills & Abilities: Able to build relationships and communicate with a wide range of people Able to create and deliver effective training materials Able to remain professional in receipt of complex, confidential or sensitive information Excellent planning, administration & organisational skills but with a flexible approach to changes in service and timescales Able to prepare, organise and implement internal processes and policies to uphold the ICBs values e.g. lone worker policy, DBS checks, Able to develop and update informative and creative volunteer information packs, documents & newsletters Able to use and maintain confidential and secure databases to capture and record volunteer contact information Able to develop accurate and informative highlight reports to demonstrate volunteer impact Ability to use a range of IT packages including Sharepoint and Microsoft Office Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of volunteers Able to use own judgement or initiative to make decisions that will support volunteering opportunities when there are multiple options available Personal attributes: Passionate about volunteer work Commitment to actively seeking out opportunities to working with diverse voices and communities Personable and approachable Enthusiastic about service improvements in maternity & neonatal care Willingness to travel across Nottinghamshire for events and activities if required Team worker Commitment to personal development and growth
