**Qualifications & Training**: Educated to a diploma level or have significant equivalent experience in a relevant field (communications, administration, health & social care) Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge of the NHS, health and social care and/or voluntary sector services within Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Experience of social media and website editing Experience of promoting events Experience of building stakeholder engagement and networking links Experience of contributing to social media and communication strategies Experience of analysing data to report on the effectiveness of social media and communication strategies Understand the vision, brand and function of the MNVP at national and local level Experience of media handling and responding to media enquiries Experience of producing content on complex or sensitive issues Experience of working in collaboration with a range of partners Experience of working in an NHS or Public Sector environment Experience of working with volunteers, service users or people with lived experience Experience of local maternity or neonatal services professionally and /or personally Knowledge of coproduction approaches to supporting people with lived experience to coproduce activity as an equal partner Skills & Abilities: Excellent planning, admin & organisational skills Able to create visually engaging and informative content to be shared via a range of platforms Able to adapt communications to the relevant audiences in accessible formats Able to plan and schedule social media and communications but with a flexible approach to changes in budget and timescales Able to refresh and implement internal processes and policies as required Able to offer advice and training on communication methods to support service delivery Able to motivate & negotiate with others on best options and solutions to support programme objectives Ability to use a range of IT packages such as MS Teams, Canva, and Microsoft Office Able to use and maintain confidential and secure databases to capture and record contact information Develop accurate and informative documents to support work objectives Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a positive attitude Creative with an eye for detail and accuracy Commitment to actively seeking out opportunities to working with diverse voices and communities Team worker Commitment to personal development and growth Willingness to travel across Nottinghamshire for events and activities if required
