This is a hybrid position in which our People team meets twice a week in the Nottingham studio._

**What you’ll be doing**:
We are looking for someone who will be passionate about giving our people the best experience, has strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail with a strong desire to learn. An insight to what you will be doing is listed below:
**Payroll Coordination**
- Responsible for all payroll coordination across multiple locations ensuring that information is passed on to the relevant payroll managers in our different locations.
- As part of this, you will need to work closely with the People Partners at MPG to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
- Ensuring monthly changes are reflected in our HRIS system, hibob.

**Administration**
- Management of all new starters and leavers processes and associated administration
- Preparation of reference letters
- People Team Invoice administration working in partnership with our Finance team
- Administration of the UK and Canadian benefits working alongside the VP of People

**Other**
- First point of contact for People queries to our people team inbox
- Involvement in wider people team initiatives or projects as required

**What we'd love to see from you**:

- Previous experience in a HR Administration/Assistant level role
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain data quality
- Adaptable, personable and professional
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- A focus on continuous development within the role and a passion to learn and develop
- Able to work in a timely and accurate manner in the delivery of all tasks and projects
- Willing to travel into the Nottingham Studio 2 days per week
