**Team Administrator**

**Bognor Regis**

**One year fixed term contract**

**Salary - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience**

Our client is a well-established leading company in their field of bespoke life safety, fire and security systems. They are looking for an organised, adaptable and confident administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to join theirteam.

**Duties Include**
- Receiving, logging, and accurately recording deliveries (This will require unpacking of

deliveries and manual handling)
- Logging/processing of engineer’s paperwork, checking engineers’ timesheets and updating engineers diaries and schedules

requested by team members.
- Preparing and raising purchase orders for subcontractors/suppliers as requested.
- Assisting the Service Team with report writing, contract/paperwork set up and

archiving.

and efficiently.
- Closing contracts/works in line with procedures.
- Updating of supplier prices lists within the access database and communicating to the

team.
- Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers via telephone

**You must be**
- Able to work and adapt in a fast paced and growing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a flexible attitude, be approachable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Strong IT skills set

**Experience.**
- Experience of customer service and administration in an office environment is desirable

**Working hours**

Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30pm (currently trialling a 4 day week)
