Company Secretary

Personnel Selection are looking to recruit a Company Secretary / Trustee support administrator.
This initially will be a temp role to cover the next three to four months, working mínimal and quite random hours each week. 5 - 10 hours weekly, this will mainly be a remote position working from home via zoom.
Main duties would be:
- Take and write up Trustee Board meetings
- Prepare admin and support recruitment of new trustees
- Work with trustees and team to plan this year’s AGM in September
- Provide Admin support at the AGM
Ideally will have your own laptop as this is a part time role.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bognor Regis: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
