Eastleigh, United Kingdom Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB Full time

We have a new and unique opportunity for an experienced, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to join our People Team as a People Resourcing Coordinator.

The postholder will work closely with our People Partners and Organisational Development team to ensure that resourcing activity meets the ICB's objectives and supports initiatives such as talent management, apprenticeships, and recruitment campaigns.

As part of the People Team within the Integrated Care Board, the post holder will also be exposed to many other HR activities and will be required to support the wider team by using their existing HR knowledge or developing new skills across the generalist HR field.

This post requires the successful individual to build and maintain effective working relationships and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This includes the ability to communicate and present information, issues, and recommendations to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The ability to resolve queries and identify key issues and risks is also essential.

Experience in using NHS recruitment systems such as TRAC and NHS jobs would be an advantage but is not essential for this role. More importantly, we are looking for adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a complex, busy, and sometimes ambiguous environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

In return, we offer hybrid working, a varied role, and support from a pragmatic and solution-focused team.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation responsible for setting the strategic plan for the NHS in Hampshire and Isle of Wight to deliver its part of the health and care strategy.

The Integrated Care Board (ICB) employees take pride in making a difference in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).

We offer excellent employment opportunities consistently striving to be a model employer by embedding best HR practices and supporting new ways of working.

We pride ourselves on offering a supportive environment, an excellent benefits package, and fair remuneration that reflects the roles, remit, and responsibilities.

We encourage an innovative culture within our teams.

Our vision is for healthy people to live healthy lives in healthy communities. We understand that the only way to achieve this is to have the right people with the right skills.

Here is a summary of some of the benefits and services which are on offer to staff:
27 days paid minimum holiday and bank holiday entitlement
NHS pension scheme
Sick pay policy
Occupational health services including staff counselling services
Flexible working and family-friendly policies
Flexible retirement
Health Service Discounts - offers for stores, travel, equipment etc.

The post holder will be responsible for providing bespoke, customer-focused advice and support on a range of resourcing matters across the ICB. This will include managing recruitment, selection, and redeployment processes and producing associated documentation and policies.

A key part of this role will be supporting the wider People team in delivering service improvement initiatives and projects, as well as participating in the design and delivery of related training, reporting, and analysing information to support the delivery of workforce and people-related objectives.

Please refer to the attached Job Description and Person Specification for the full details and requirements of the post.
