We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our People and Development function as a Senior HR Advisor within the Policy and Reward team. You will work closely with stakeholders, contributing to reward-related projects and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidance that align with our strategies and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the People Services Manager (Policy and Reward team), you will lead on various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational requirements.
  • You will develop a thorough understanding of the organisation, engaging with key stakeholders, and leveraging your expertise to drive policy and reward-related initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills, previous experience in policy and reward roles, and knowledge of IT systems, including SAP, are highly desirable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A QCF Level 6 qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • A Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience to MCIPD level.
  • Ability to undergo and maintain appropriate vetting for the role.
