To join our Sales and Private Hire team, Your role will involve working from our Head Office in Hampstead, North London, visiting our venues, and also the ability to work from home.

As Everyman continues to grow, our Sales and Private Hire team will be crucial to our ongoing success. As a Bookings and Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class service to all inbound sales enquiries for your venues - these enquiries may range from an individual group booking to full venue hires for our wide range of corporate partners.

As our Bookings & Events Coordinator, you’re day-to-day will consist of;
- Providing the first-class customer service Everyman is famous for
- Ensuring that all bookings are fully compliant with regard to sales & process
- Working closely with the Venue Management teams to understand their individual venues and maximise sales accordingly
- Support the Sales Managers and the wider team

To be our next Bookings & Events Coordinator you’ll need;
- A genuine passion for hospitality, customer service and, above all else, people
- A huge personality and are not afraid to use it
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of direct sales experience or experience of selling products and or services to the public is desirable
- To be self-motivated and pro-active

The successful Bookings & Events Coordinator will receive:

- £25,000,00 pa. basic salary plus 30% target-based bonus
