**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly in administrative or coordination roles.
- Experience of working in a busy environment

- Previous NHS experience
- Previous experience of Patient Administration systems

**Education & professional Qualifications**:
**Essential criteria**:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above.

**Desirable criteria**:

- NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent in a relevant field
