Full Job Description

Ilford Cellular Ltd is well established reseller of wireless communications equipment with two other organisations working in tandem. The role has the potential to be flexible in terms of hours and days, we’re currently venturing into purely online based platforms, our head office is based in Barking East London.

**Duties to include**:
Update and maintain Sales, Purchases, via QuickBooks, retrieve data from Sales platforms Amazon/eBay.. file paperwork, update excel sheets for key accounts, liaise with Accountants, customers and suppliers when required.

**Skills & Experience**:
2-3 + years of an accounts, book keeping experience

Intermediate to advanced skills using MS Office suite (primarily MS Excel);
Experience working with QuickBooks

Experience working with online platform such as Amazon, Ebay etc..

**Job type/ Schedule**:
Part time, permanent

Monday to Friday - days/hours to be mutually agreed

**Salary**:
£9 - 13 per hour depending on the level of management skill, qualification and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute.

**Education**:

- A Levels - GCSE

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
