Omnia’s approach is to offer a whole range of therapy options from traditional treatments like Acupuncture & Ayurveda, to conventional ones featuring Manual Therapy to state-of-art therapies such as Compression Therapy & Photobiomodulation to provide pain relief. Our approach involves the integration of these treatment options with comprehensive lifestyle programmes featuring Diet & Nutrition, Exercise and Mindfulness for the management of pain and tracking progress of health improvement through innovative Health & Performance screening techniques.

We are currently seeking an experienced Pain Relief Therapist specialised in Sports Science to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team at our recently established centre in Chiswick, London. We are welcoming graduates who have qualified in relevant pain relief and management disciplines such as Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation or Osteopathy and who wish to become practitioners to apply. If you are energetic, have good communication skills, want to learn new and innovative therapies and looking to perfect your professional skills, this job is for you

**Duties**:
1. Managing Data Analytics:

- Utilise Tableau to manage the company's revenue and profitability data.
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify trends.

2. Managing Sales List and Revenue:

- Maintain an up-to-date sales list.
- Track and report revenue earned based on therapies, and referral sources. This data will be utilised in data analytics.

3. Booking Platform Management:

- Manage all booking platforms - TM3, TM3Pay, and Treatwell for booking and payment processes.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of booking platforms.

4. IT Matters:

- Engage with AI and machine learning technologies to improve business performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues as they arise.

5. Administrative duties:

- Handle incoming calls from potential and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all clients receive and complete forms before their appointments to minimize wait times and enhance the patient journey.
- Prepare and circulate detailed briefing notes for all marketing activities and campaigns, including designed objectives, required resources, costs, and other relevant details.
