**Introduction**:
**This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week required onsite.**

**My client is a large research and engineering consultancy who work across defence and engineering who provide critical support to defence and military projects.**

**They are looking for an Export Control Officer to help my client prepare for an upcoming audit by being available for questions and training members of staff. This is a good opportunity to work with a prestigious consultancy and is ideal if you have experience with UK export control laws.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with trade compliance queries
- Provide training sessions for staff
- Help prepare for an upcoming audit

**Skills & experience**:

- Experienced with UK export control laws
- Experience managing an export compliance system
- Understanding of UK and US export control requirements
- Good customer service skills
