Senior Office Administrator

Then Allstaff office division are keen to speak with you We are working with a well established business based in the centre of Paisley that are looking to bring an Senior office administrator onboard to look after a commercial property portfolio as well as help with the opening and running of a small aparthotel business. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that office is kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure that hotel is well presented for guests.
- Meet and greet hotel guests.
- Deal with any guest relationship matters.
- Manage hotel cleaning and health and safety matters via contractors.
- Finance duties - invoicing, credit control and bank reconciliation
- Manage the portfolio of commercial properties.
- Budgeting
- Manage all keys, facilities and assets.
- Respond to communications, field phone calls and log property and hotel inquiries.
- Network and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Maintain routine filing up to date and carry out general office administration.
