Specialist construction company based in Paisley looking for a reliable experienced office administrator to join our busy team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities will involve**:

- Reception Duties
- Management of the enquiry and tender logs
- Document control and filing
- Monitoring task specific excel spreadsheets
- General admin duties

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, or in another relevant administrative role
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications including Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be hard working and self-motivated

**Working Pattern**:

- Mon-Fri (11am-2.30pm)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.5 per week

**Benefits**:

- Company pension

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paisley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
