The **IT Service Desk Analyst** will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Log all incidents and requests in the service desk tool and provide regular updates to the users.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate incidents and requests to relevant teams where necessary and ensure follow-up action is taken.
- Provide guidance to end-users on how to resolve technical issues

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in an IT service desk environment.
- Good knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and/or Mac), Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to participate in an out-of-hours rota.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
