We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for our client based in the Lytham St Annes area. This is a full time, permanent position working within the housing sector and an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking, friendly team.
Duties include:
- To receive and log all telephone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
- Greeting visitors on arrival
- To take payments from customers
- To update on the status of jobs on the Help Desk daily and chase accordingly.
- To organise the AGM room hire and send out relevant documents.
- To manage the internal boardroom diaries and collate visit packs
- Ordering stationery and supplies for all offices
- Collection, sorting and distribution of mail on a daily basis.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,319.00 per year
