**What will the apprentice be doing?**

If you are a highly motivated and results-driven
individual with a passion for technology which supports
advertisers to reach their audience, we would love you to

technology.

Responsibilities;
- Learn Adwanted Connected and SRDS BRAD

products comprehensively and provide training to our
clients both remotely and in-person.
- Administer SRDS BRAD contract renewals, ensuring

clients are informed of cancellation deadlines and
appropriate action taken in accordance with contract
terms.
- Develop, grow and maintain strong working

relationships with all clients and be the first port of
call for queries, understanding when to escalate.
- Ensure that key contacts are communicated with

throughout the year, to maintain relationships and
ensure retention of the business.
- Provide helpdesk support to clients and feedback on

the systems to our product managers.
- Maintain internal client management system and log

tickets when necessary.
- Share your ideas and proactively contribute to

marketing and client communications.
- Support the manager to meet sales targets by

sending communications to specific sectors,
maintaining and updating the prospects database
and assisting clients during product trial periods.
- Analyse and report on client usage and frequency of

contact.
- Ensure security of data by managing the correct level

of access for all clients.
- Provide support to the Data Team when required for

collecting and loading data.

£23,933 a year

**Working week**

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with one hour for lunch.

Total hours per week: 35 hours a week

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent Mathematics & English (Grade 9-6 (A*-B)) essential
- A Level or equivalent to be educated (Grade to A-Level/Level 3 standard) essential

**Things to consider**

In order to be considered for this vacancy you must be; Educated to a minimum of Level 3 qualifications (e.g. A Levels) is required with GCSEs in Maths and English at grade B/6 and above. Personal Qualities;
- You will be a confident and outgoing individual, who presents both themselves and concepts and ideas well. Previous experience of presenting to others, would be an advantage. - Previous experience of working with the public or clients would be an advantage, and strong communications skills, both verbal and written are a must. - Experience of Hubspot CRM and Sales tools would be helpful, but not essential.
